dsh-image-gen: General-purpose AI Image Generation Plugin for DeepSeek Harness

dsh-image-gen is a general-purpose AI image generation plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) designed to connect external OpenAI-compatible image generation gateways to agent workflows. It supports triggering single-image generation via the `/dsh-image-gen` command, natural conversation, or the `dsh_image_gen` tool, and allows configuring `baseUrl`, models, and API Keys. The plugin provides multiple configuration methods, including a visual settings page, environment variables, Profiles, and local files (requiring 0600 permissions), with changes taking effect immediately or upon restart. Default security behaviors include storing keys locally only, setting the output directory permission to 0700, error sanitization, and disabling logging. The plugin generates only one image per call, does not automatically retry on failure, and currently does not support returning Base64 data.
